Applications
Medicine: extractum liquidum, vitamin, animal glue, plant glue, yeast, prolease, lipase,amylase, etc.
Food: Food & plant juice, such as Milk & egg products, cream, Fat-rich milk, milk replacer,egg white(yolk), etc. Chicken extract, coffee, instant tea, Fish/meat protein, potato, soybean,Peanut protein, etc.
Sugar series: Corn, cornstarch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, etc.
Detergent: Emulsifier, brightener, dispersant, soda ash, soap powder, Phosphate agent,Superior detergent, Ordinary washing powder, etc.
Chemistry: dyes, paints, resins, silica, ceramics, etc.
Principle
To keep a certain powder materials at the fludizied bed as crystal seed. To pump the liquid materials to sprayer. First to remove most of the water by instant contacting with the high-temperature air, and the residual moisture will be low-temperature dried at the fludizied bed, and at the same time to be grain.

Example of model choice: Suppose that are 120kg liquid extract I (include 30% solid) and 60kg seed II in one vessel,from I and II ,we can get theoretical product amount M=mI+mII=120kg x 30% +60kg=96kg,working time T=120kg/30kg/h=4h,from the parameter table we can find that the fluidization amount is inside the standard loading range. If we require two batches in one duty time,model PGL-30B is OK.
