Main Application
The machine is applied for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic material and powder ndustries, representing a new generation pulverizer which combine crush with dust absorption and continuously ject material.
Working Method
The machine is composed of crusher, cyclone separating device, pulse dust absorption box and blower, etc. The machine is working by relative movement of volitant fluted disc and fixed fluted disc making the material be crushed. The crushed material being feed into the cyclone separating device and exit by the rotating centrifuge and blower. The dust being feed into dust absorption box through the airlock, and being fil tered and recycled. The fineness can be regulated by changing the screener. The whole machine is reach the“GMP”standard.
